Created Issue: trailing slash had to be removed

I have an app (http://flotzam.com) that ran for years using the
following call:

http://services.digg.com/topics/?appkey=http%3A%2F%2Fflotzam.com

It recently broke and the fix was to remove the slash after the topic
keyword:

http://services.digg.com/topics?appkey=http%3A%2F%2Fflotzam.com

I was using the .NET library which is posted here:
http://diggapinet.codeplex.com/SourceControl/ListDownloadableCommits....

I changed line 21-22 in ListTopics.cs to this:

private const string get_all = "http://
services.digg.com/topics{0}";
private const string get_by_short_name = "http://
services.digg.com/topic{0}/{1}";
